Day 78

Don't have much to report today. Went to the gym and worked out my arms. The workout was good and intense... I threw in some cardio as well, but made sure it wasn't too intense, because my legs weren't all there yet, after yesterday's leg workout.

Quick post, sorry guys. Work has been killing me, but I promise to keep doing the rounds across the blogs once I get more time.

Hey Daniel,

Looks like your HIT program has reached the end of the road and you find it too easy.

Some alternatives for you. If your treadmil has an incline pick a constant speed, I use 10kph and start at 1% incline, then each minute I increase the incline, I use 1%, 3%, 6^ & 9%.

This next one nearly killed me, Adam gave me this one. 1 minute at 4mph followed by 2 mins at 10 mph. Run for a total of 30 minutes with the above changes and if you can manage then a final minute a 10mph so you basically end with 3minutes at 10mph. Be warned this is a killer.

Finally crank the time up and the speeds down a bit. I often run for 45 minutes now as far as I can and each workout I crakn the starting speed up a bit so that I go a bit further.
